Celtic Manor Resort gets three month return on investment with Planet FM

To manage facilities of over one million square feet will always be a challenge. However, with the help of Planet FM, Celtic Manor has been able to improve efficiency and customer service.

Based in South Wales and lined up to host the 2010 Ryder Cup, Celtic Manor is a beautiful five star hotel surrounded by fourteen hundred acres which includes three golf courses, tennis courts, numerous bars and restaurants, spa and full conference facilities.

Celtic Manor has been able to reduce costs and save time by moving from their original manual system to Planet FM. Russell Phillips, Vice President of Facilities and Development, commented “Planet FM paid for itself by the end of the first quarter”.
