London Residential Management choose Qube Property Management Software

London Residential Management Ltd (LRM Ltd) is a specialist managing agent with a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed use developments in London and the South East. LRM Ltd was incorporated in 2003 and has grown significantly in the intervening period.


LRM chose Qube as the company considered it to be the most complete solution to their core block management requirements. The project team at LRM spent considerable time reviewing a number of alternatives and it was a combination of the intuitive feel of the product combined with the high degree of in built flexibility that led the company to choose Qube. Of all the software options considered Qube was the only one that LRM’s project team felt provided an equally strong financial and property management solution.


The Qube system has now been implemented and it has enabled LRM to centralise data, replace a number of existing electronic systems and make meaningful efficiency savings in time spent carrying out routine property management functions.
