Qube Global Software has another successful year at Cityscape

Qube Global Software attended the Cityscape Dubai exhibition at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on the 5 – 8 October. The Horizon Property Management Solution was the main focus with a number of attendees taking and interest in what the product has to offer.

Horizon is a fully web-developed property management solution designed to be fully integrated with your daily business activity and processes. Offering solutions for Mall Management, Facilities Management, Service Charges and Business Intelligence you can see why Horizon is one of the market leaders globally.

Martin Betts, Sales Director for Qube Global Software commented on the event; ‘This year’s Cityscape, although smaller and less well attended than previous years, has still been impressive. We have had a high level of good quality interest in the Horizon solution possibly due to the fact that the economic downturn has slowed development in the region and given the industry time to breath and reflect on how they are going to manage their properties and future development projects.’

Rohan Marwaha, Managing Director of Cityscape Dubai, said he was not surprised by the turnout and claimed that Cityscape held up well by international standards. 'We saw a shift back to market fundamentals at Cityscape Dubai this year. The speculators and other amateur investors were conspicuous by their absence as were any hint of unrealistic or dazzling developments. The mood was sober and professional. However compared with other real estate events in Europe and Asia, Cityscape by comparison was very well supported,' he noted.

Qube Global Software has experienced a high level of success with the Horizon solution in the Middle East and this looks set to continue with the addition of the Dubai World Trade Centre and International Property Services to their already impressive customer base.

This year’s Cityscape was so successful that Qube Global Software has already signed up to participate in next year’s Dubai event which will run from the 4 – 7 October 2010.
